Hi, I'm Isha a Senior experience designer at TATA Elxsi I'm a curious, eager-to-learn, detail-oriented designer.

I started studying industrial design and always felt like, I was missing something. I then discovered UX design during one of my internships and knew instantly that this was something I wanted to do. I wanted to make my time as a human worthwhile and create a positive impact on the daily lives of people. Create something that mattered.

During my final year at Rubika, I led a project nominated for the UX Design Awards. The project involved designing a social skill development product for children with ADHD, using gamification, voice interaction, and AI.

Over the last 5 years, I've had opportunities to work in multiple countries with diverse teams, giving me international exposure that helped me strengthen my problem-solving and communication skills. During this time I also worked with various types of organisations like startups, design studios and freelance projects giving me experience in adapting to different environments and collaborating effectively with people.

I am interested in all kinds of projects involving tech, consumer electronics, and psychology but I love learning and exploring new things that push me out of my comfort zone.
